NOTE:
  • 1.External Development charges (EDC) and infrastructure Deveplopment Charges (IDC)are Prorated per unit as applicable ti this Group Housing Colony. in case of any upward revision in the future by the Govt agenciesw , the same would be recovered on Pro-rata basis from the Application /Allotee
  • 2.Down payment price shallo be calculated taking 12% rebate on 95% of the basic price &PLC , which is subject to change without change.
  • 3.Interest free maintenance Security (IFMS) -AAs applicable.
